MULTI-MEDIA SPECIALIST-$25.36-$28.27 per hour depending on Experience:
Immediate 1 year Contract, part time (28 hours per week, on-site Congressional Office-Washington DC)
*Strong knowledge and understanding of digital photographic/video composistion, lighting and motion media.
*An understanding workplace policies, practices, rules and established procedures. Ability to exercise sound judgement.
*Ability to work as part of a team or independently in an inter-disciplinary customer service oriented work environment. Ability to lift, bend, crouch, stand, etc.
*Prior Experience mandatory
*Strong experience as a professional videographer to include the operation of various types of cameras and related equipment.
*Good working knowledge of medial production, communication, visual aid preparation and all stages of the graphic design and video editing process.
*Degree in Fine Arts, specialized training and/or certification in a discipline related to the position, OR a minimum of five (5) years related experience in a digital media environment.
*Candidates will be responsible for video assignments on Capitol Hill. You will also consult with customers to determine needs and ensure customer satisfaction of desired services in the area's of photography, videography, graphic design, visual aid preparation and all stages of desktop publishing process. Creating multimedia content in support of communications, outreach and branding campaigns.

Event and Convention Staff- Customer service and hospitality staff needed for various locations throught the DC Metro area (DC, Maryland and Virginia). Some venue's require a car (not metro accessable). You must be responsible, courteous, reliable and a "PEOPLE PERSON".
